Why choose Alpha Class Wedding Cars?

We are a professional and friendly family run business, committed to providing a very high level of customer service. All the cars on our fleet are owned by us and are in immaculate condition, we are very proud to have in our fleet an award winning Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III. The award is a testament to the superb condition and elegance of this wonderful motor car.

Can we view the cars?

Yes – We always encourage customers to view the cars so that they appreciate for themselves their superb condition.

How long do we have the car?

The standard hire period  is up to 3 hours from the time we arrive at the collection address to the time we leave the reception venue. If you feel you would like additional time, this can be arranged for a supplementary charge.

What is included in the price?

How many people can fit in the car?

All our cars are 4 door saloons and will accommodate 4 passengers. Please note that our Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III has seat belts in the front only and we are unable to accommodate child seats in the rear.

How would the chauffeur be dressed?

All our chauffeurs are family members and are immaculately dressed in grey suits, white shirts, grey ties and grey chauffeur hats.

What additional services are available?

Multiple trips are available for the mother of the Bride and Bridesmaids for a small additional charge.

We can also supply a separate car to pick up the groom and the best man. Alternatively the Bridal car could attend an address earlier to convey the groom and the best man to the church or ceremony and then attend the address to take the Bride to the ceremony. This usually means hiring the car for a longer period of time and the groom arriving early, but a more cost effective option.

 We also offer discounts if 2 or more cars are booked and for weddings during weekdays.

Are there any hidden charges

No – The prices quoted are fully inclusive.

What happens if the car breaks down or is involved in an accident?

In the business of wedding car hire and in particular old classic vehicles, it has to be understood that however well maintained the vehicles are, mechanical faults can occur and the same goes for modern cars.

If the car breaks down before the wedding date we will make every effort to have it repaired in time to meet the booking date. If we cannot do this we will inform you and offer alternative transport.

If the car breaks down on the date of the wedding, the chauffeur will make every possible effort to get the car started; if he is not successful we will do our best to get you there one way or another by calling on other resources available to us.

We recommend and advise that the client obtains appropriate wedding insurance for their own protection.
